Booking directly through our website always gives you the lowest rate — at least 10% cheaper than any third-party platform. You also get more flexibility with direct bookings, including easier date changes and direct communication with the property.

Our standard cancellation policy allows free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival may incur a charge of one night's stay. For villa rentals (half or full villa), a 30-day cancellation notice is required. Please check your booking confirmation for the exact terms applicable to your reservation.

Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and can often be arranged — just contact us in advance via WhatsApp. During peak season (July–August, December–January), this may not always be possible.

Yes, Baobab Bungalows is a family-friendly property. Children of all ages are welcome. We have family bungalows suitable for families with children, and cribs/cots can be arranged on request. The pool area is supervised, but children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

We offer exclusive rental of the half villa (340 m², 5 rooms, up to 10 beds, 4 kitchens) from €650/night, or the full villa (680 m², 10 rooms, up to 20 beds, 8 kitchens, private bar) from €1,300/night. Yes, we can arrange airport transfers from Zanzibar International Airport (ZNZ) to Jambiani. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Please contact us in advance via WhatsApp with your flight details and we will organise a comfortable transfer for you.

For direct bookings, we accept major credit/debit cards via our secure booking platform. Cash payment (USD, EUR, or TZS) is also accepted on arrival. For villa rentals and group bookings, a deposit is required to confirm the reservation. We do not accept cryptocurrency.
